Using the FillTheRig platform does not create any employment relationship between:

All hiring decisions, negotiations, employment terms, compensation, and contracts occur directly between drivers and companies.
FillTheRig does not participate in these processes.
3. No Guarantee of Job Placement
Submitting an application through FillTheRig does not guarantee:

Responses from companies

Employment placement
Companies independently review applications and decide whether to contact drivers.
4. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree that:

Any employment agreements entered into are solely between the driver and the company.
FillTheRig is not responsible for disputes, employment conditions, or agreements between drivers and companies.
5. Company Participation
Trucking companies may join the FillTheRig network.
Companies may pay a membership or participation fee to receive driver applications submitted through the platform.
Drivers are never charged for using the platform.
Payment by companies does not guarantee access to any specific driver.
6. Platform Liability Limitation
FillTheRig provides the platform “as is”.
